On Tuesday of last week one of my HR Corporate partners asked me to send her a selfie for a presentation - as many of you know... I rarely take a selfie of just me. There are tons that include Jonathan and I but I don't like them by myself. This selfie took at lease 30 tries and I still don't love it... but practice makes perfect right?!?

Thursday morning Jonathan and headed to Columbus for a long weekend. We had a layover in Chicago which gave him a chance to catch up on some work, me to continue reading my book, and us to eat lunch at Chili's near our gate before catching our connecting flight.
When flying, I do one of two things - read or sleep. This flight I spent most of my time reading while Jonathan spent most of he time sleeping. When we landed I think we were both ready for dinner and drinks and were looking forward to meeting up with my family. Unfortunately Lindsey and Todd's flight was delayed and they wouldn't land until 10pm - after we had dinner!
We headed to Hofbrauhaus Columbus for dinner and drinks and it was awesome. Most of us had never been there before, so we started wit 3 flights to taste the beers. I chose the May seasonal beer (far right in this picture) and really enjoyed it! It was great to catch up with family and have amazing German food. I guarantee no one was hungry after that meal!

Friday morning Jonathan, Lindsey, Todd, Dad and I headed to the Memorial Tournament. We got a little later start than we had planned but were able to see half of the course, some great shots, and have a good time.
This is the only group shot we took on Friday - while we sat on the hill watching Woods, Day and Reed approach 11. We spent time following a few other groups through the course - but we typically shy away from the very popular players with large crowds.
After watching golf for the day we headed to my cousins house for a cook-out. The guys swam for a while and the girls drank too much wine. We had an awesome dance/karaoke party in the kitchen and had an overall amazing time. I never realize how much I miss spending time with family until days like Friday.

It was a rough morning on Saturday - when we had to be up and moving around. We started with a huge breakfast at Bob Evan's. After breakfast we ran a few errands - TJ Maxx and Marshall's and then headed to get our hair done. Lindsey and I had appointments at The Blowdry Café. Not only did they do a great job on our hair, but they gave us mimosas during our appointment! While I forgot to take photos specifically of our hair, you can see some photos below!
Our cousin Tommy married one of Molly's best friends - Jess and it was a beautiful ceremony. This was unfortunately the only photo that I took during the wedding that looks even half way decent - I need to try and find some better photos to post!
After the ceremony we had some time before the reception - so we headed back to my Dad's house for a beer and to let Molly's dog Lola use the bathroom. We attempted to take some pictures outside but were not very successful... 
We took an Uber to Bar 23 to meet a few friends for drinks before the reception and ended up with this awesome selfie. Dad was in the front seat and didn't make it in. I have an awesome family :)
Lindsey and I are so excited that Chris and Molly are getting married next year - we know he can't wait to be part of our crazy family!!!
We did not do a very good job of taking pictures at the reception - and I hope that some of our family/friends got some good photo of us. Everyone had an awesome time - and most of us drank a little too much - definitely feeing it in the morning!

Sunday morning I went to breakfast at Northstar Café with my best friend Sarah. It was awesome to catch up with her and I feel like we do not see each other often enough! I had amazing prosciutto and poached eggs and would definitely recommend it if you ever check out Northstar. After breakfast I spent time hanging out with Dad and Ann before Jonathan and I flew home. It was nice to be home by 7ish and relax before having to work on Monday.

Monday I got my first Stitch Fix!!! Check back on Thursday for a post that will show everything in my fix, and the items I had to keep!! I am looking forward to my next fix in August!

Tuesday night Jonathan and I went back to Koume Japanese Restaurant for sushi. We had sushi, beers and great conversation. He leaves for Virginia for 5 day so it was nice to spend time together before his trip home!
