Over the past year or so I have heard of many people trying Stitch Fix and I wanted to see what it was all about. I ordered my first fix and it arrived this week! The process to order a Fix is pretty easy - you answer a few questions, you provide your sizes and ideal price point, link to your Pinterest board and 5 items arrive. You can choose clothing, outerwear, accessories, etc. My first fix came with 2 shirts, 1 pair of paints, 1 skirt and 1 dress!
The cost of the Stitch Fix is $20 - and this cost covers the selection of items, shipping of the items, and return shipping label. If you purchase items from the stitch fix that initial $20 goes towards your purchase. If you purchase all 5 items from your fix, you will receive a 25% discount.
When the box is shipped, everything I packaged nicely in tissue paper, and it is so exciting to open the paper and reveal the many prints and colors of the Stitch Fix. They also provide a style guide - which shows 2 different ideas for styling the item they picked for you.
| 41Hawthorne | Harriet Geo Print Fit & Flare Dress | $64.00 |
| Pixley | Ivy Petal Print Blouse | $58.00 |
| 41Hawthorn | Walt Skirt | $68.00 |
| Collective Concepts | Cynthia Graphic Print Mixed Material Top | $58.00 |
| Margaret M | Emer Printed Straight Leg Pant | $98.00 |
After deciding what I wanted to keep and what I wanted to send back the process took only minutes. You log-in and check-out - In this process you have a chance to rate the price, fit, style and quality of the item. You can also provide feedback regarding the item to help the stylist for your next fix! You then put the items you want to return in the prepaid return packaging drop in any USPS box!
Erika styled my first fix and did an awesome job. I am hoping that I will have the opportunity to have her style my upcoming fixes too! I can't wait for my next Stitch Fix in August. If you are interested in learning more, signing up, or checking it out click here!
