Happy Wednesday to all! I hope that you all had a great week. I spent the weekend in New Orleans and had a great time.

I have played with the idea of opening an etsy shop, but have yet to do so. I am always up for a project for family or friends, and am working on this for a bachelorette party. Tonight I put this together in about an hour and then met with my Aunt since she will be watching Noodle while we are in New Orleans.

The Publix that I go to regularly, and many areas around where I live have tons of these ugly ducks. I had to run a few errands to pick-up a couple of things before work and I saw these little ones. I am not a fan of ducks, but these were cute so I thought I'd snap a picture.

On Friday we landed around 10am, and had to pick-up Finn, my brother-in-law at 11:30. Jonathan and I got some lunch and after picking up Finn we headed back to his house. The original plan was for me to golf with the guys while Bridget was at work It was a rainy day, and I decided to stick around the house reading with Lanie and then shopping on Magazine Street until everyone got home. Once they got home we went to dinner, watched some basketball, and headed to bed. We knew Saturday would be a busy day!

Saturday morning Bridget and I went to Café Du Monde and then walked around the city taking in the sights. Every time I go to New Orleans, I find something different and fun about the city. It is a great place to visit, especially when you know a quick way to get a table at Café Du Monde!
Saturday afternoon we celebrated St. Patrick's Day at the Irish Channel Parade. Bridget and Finn live one and a half blocks from the parade route, so it was very convenient. Jonathan and Finn finished golfing just in time to join Bridget, Kelsey, and Jay for the parade!
Someone in this picture had a little too much to drink [Jonathan], and this was the best picture we took at dinner Saturday night. It was a great dinner at Luke - I would definitely recommend stopping by here if you are ever visiting New Orleans.

Sunday while the guys finished up their golf tournament, Bridget an I walked around the city a little more before meeting Kelsey, Jay and some friends for Brunch. We went to a jazz brunch at The Court of Two Sisters, in the French Quarter.
The weather was perfect, the food was really good and we had a great time. If you have the opportunity to check-out this restaurant make sure that you sit in the courtyard!
