Can you believe that Christmas has already come and gone? It doesn't seem like it can be the end of the year already. Since Jonathan's family lives in Virginia and my family lives in Ohio we only get to see one side of the family at Christmas. This year we traveled to Virginia for the Holiday.
On Christmas Eve we went to Christmas Mass at 4:00pm and then back to the house to get ready for dinner. We celebrate Christmas Eve with the West side of the family (Jonathan's Mom's Family) and it starts with dinner. After dinner we all opened our gifts and spent time together talking and hanging out.
Once the family left we were all ready to go to bed. Jonathan's mom has a tradition of purchasing pajamas for everyone to open and wear on Christmas Eve. This year she surprised everyone and got us all matching pajamas.
Christmas day started early with present opening at 8:00am. After opening our gifts we headed over to spend the afternoon with the Fosters. We started with brunch, had a gender reveal for Ben and Shawn (it's a girl), and then went home to relax for a bit.
Once we got home we opened our stockings and the Christmas "poppers" that had mustaches and jokes inside. We took some pictures and headed to the Gregory's house for the evening (where I forgot to take any pictures).
